Teen Art Camp 2006

(Mondays June 12th – Aug 28th, 2006 2 – 4pm) $132 for 11 weeks. Sponsored by Youth Arts Council @ the Vanishing Museum, Belltower Art uptown Port Townsend, WA in the Aldriches Building.

11 week Summer Art Camp for Teens. Curriculum designed for burgeoning artists wanting to achieve higher level of technical competence in drawing & painting. Sessions set in format of 1st year art school. Demos & critiques on every project. Participants to enter one piece of work to exhibit in Teen Art Show at the end of summer.

Teen Art Show 2006

(September 2nd – 30th, 2006 @ the Vanishing Museum, Belltower Art)

Opening coincides with Art Walk on Saturday 2nd September 2006. The exhibit will showcase the work done throughout the summer in Teen Art Camp. Participants will learn about preparation & presentation of their own art work for exhibits. They will also gain knowledge & experience in team work and how to put together a show.
